We have launched the 'Every Mind Project' to allow us to give fast, free access to therapy and early intervention.

In Wales there is a 36 week waiting list to get mental health therapy, a year long waiting list for CAMHS yet we are facing a a crisis both physically and mentally.

​

Prostate cancer is now the most diagnosed cancer in the UK, with breast cancer a close second.

​

We want to make sure that no one is left behind in getting the support they need, whatever the challenges they are facing. Alongside free therapy/counselling, we want to offer workshops and programmes targeting prevention and early intervention whether its for schools, groups or organisations.

Our Minds Together will be completing a series of challenges, organising events, and seeking support from businesses, sponsors and individual fundraisers with the aim of raising as much money as possible  to support those who really need it.
